Mechanical Engineer

Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for experienced mechanical engineers to join our workshop team. Positions are available with immediate starts, with good prospects for progression within the company

Range of duties (to be determined based on skill set)

• Fabrication, assembly and end of line testing on a range of mechanical assemblies.
• Working from detailed engineering drawings, providing input to design where appropriate.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance, fault finding and repairs as well as production work.
• Look to innovate and improve efficiency.

Personal Qualities:

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised, punctual, reliable, strong work ethic and takes pride in their work.

Relevant engineering qualification to level 3 NVQ or equivalent. Good level of English both written and verbal.

Payment/Benefits:

This is a full time, permanent position, Monday-Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm with additional hours available. Pay dependant on experience, ranging £10.50-13.50 per hour. Weekly pay.
