Rent To Buy

Dexter Watson Ltd offer a ‘Rent to Buy’ (RTB) option on all our new products. RTB differs from Hire Purchase or Lease Finance. Weekly payments are made by standing order.

The benefits of RTB include;

No sizeable capital expenditure
Smaller deposit required compared to HP
No settlement fee – if your circumstances change then equipment can be returned after a minimum period of rental
On completion of full rental period you own the equipment
RTB equipment only shows on your Accounts Balance Sheet when your rental period is complete where as HP financed equipment shows from day one

RTB applications accepted from UK based sole-traders, partnerships or limited company’s. Document requirement for RTB applications may change and is subject to equipment type and value.
