Sludge Dewatering Container
The Dewatering units consist of an enclosed roll-on-off container fitted with filter panels and have a full width rear door to allow the dewatered cake to slide out when tipped. The system uses a physical rather than a mechanical method of dewatering, the process is gentle and produces a clear filtrate. Thickening the sludge has the same advantages as producing a cake but gives the operator an additional disposal route.
The standard size of the dewatering containers is 28m³ but can be produced in various sizes from 6m³ up to 42m³.
